About: North Italia Restaurant, operated by North Restaurants, LLC, is currently seeking a Sous Chef who will report to the Executive Chef and help lead a culinary team dedicated to preparing dishes from scratch with a focus on quality and excellence to uphold the company’s mission of Great Hospitality, Every Time.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
