Position: Sous Chef job
About: Aladdin Campus Dining at Savannah State University is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for supervising and participating in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of a variety of foods, including salads, soups, fish, meats, and desserts.
Requirements: Must have demonstrated institutional, hotel, or restaurant culinary skills for large quantity production; possess a minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience; strong leadership, oral and written communication skills; proven track record in cost control and budget management.
