Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a chef, with a focus on high-volume dining establishments; strong culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes; proven ability to effectively manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation standards; high level of creativity and ability to adapt to changing demands and preferences; strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; previous Italian cooking experience mandatory
