About: Sueno Dayton’s first contemporary Mexican Restaurant and Bar, led by The Idea Collective and James Beard Nominee Chef Jorge Guzman, is seeking an experienced Chef to join their dynamic team in Dayton.
Requirements: Experienced Chef with dynamic leadership attributes; capable of managing a team of 15+ cooks and 2-3 management-level sous; strong understanding of kitchen systems, inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering; creative problem solver with a good grasp of flavors and cooking techniques; ability to mentor, believe in the numbers, and be organized and mature; excellent communicator and collaborator.
