Position: Sous Chef job
About: Victoria’s Secret & Co is looking for a Food & Beverage Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day preparation, catering, and menu planning in a dynamic and customer-centric environment.
Requirements: 3-5 years of previous culinary experience preferred; ServSafe Certified; attention to detail; ability to multi-task; self-motivated and team-oriented; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook; excellent organization and time management skills; understanding of how to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service/Culinary Arts or equivalent experience. Ability to lift 30lbs; ability to stand for 8-hour shifts with breaks
