Position: Sous Chef job

About: Landry’s is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Culinary Manager for an upscale/fine dining kitchen. The position involves overseeing back-of-house staff, managing inventory and costs, and ensuring high-quality food and service standards are met in adherence to OSHA regulations.

Requirements: At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in an upscale/fine dining establishment; strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, and food/labor cost; excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; stable work history and strong work ethic; culinary program graduate preferred
