Position: Sous Chef job

About: Our restaurant, Firebirds, is seeking a Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef in providing direction and training to team members. The Sous Chef will be responsible for butchering, portion control, and overseeing back-of-house operations and food production for the restaurant and FIREBAR.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years high volume, full-service restaurant experience in a management position; warm, passionate, and committed to the industry; excellent communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure; self-motivated and disciplined; butchering experience preferred; scratch kitchen experience preferred
