About: Holly Hill Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to work closely with the Chef in a dynamic culinary environment. The role involves maintaining kitchen operations, developing menus, overseeing staff, and ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or with Holly Hill Restaurant Group; strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices; good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software; teamwork-oriented with leadership abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; AOS or Culinary degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required; ServSafe food handling certification preferred
