Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age or older; Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written directions; 3-5 years of experience in food service or equivalent knowledge; Experience in facility operations is desirable; Thorough knowledge of dietetics, food sanitation, and quantity food preparation; Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills; Effective communication skills
