Position: Sous Chef job
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is looking for a Sous Chef at the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. This role involves working under the direction of the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to manage the kitchen operation, ensure food quality, and uphold health and safety standards in accordance with ASM policies.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Excellent customer service skills; Must be able to pass a background check including a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirements; ServSafe Certified; 1 year of supervisory experience; Microsoft proficiency; 2+ years of culinary experience
