About: ZUMA restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee and manage the seamless running of the kitchen departments in support of the culinary chef team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery while meeting financial and statutory requirements, supporting outstanding customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in kitchen management and staff supervision; knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and food cost management; ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively; strong understanding of health and safety regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with kitchen equipment maintenance and operation; willingness to work in any section of the kitchen as needed; adherence to operational budgets and cost control measures; compliance with labor, health, and safety laws; understanding of fire, hygiene, and safety policies; commitment to fostering a culture of communication and employee involvement
