Position: SOUS CHEF job
About: University of Mary is hiring a Sous Chef position at their location in Bismarck, ND. The Sous Chef II will assist in the success of the food program, overseeing culinary functions and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Requirements: 2 years of culinary experience; Reports to Executive Chef; 5 years of related culinary experience including 1 year at the supervisory or lead level; Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations; Knowledge of food and industry trends; Ability to set up and distribute production sheets; Supervisory, leadership, training, management, and coaching skills; Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Excel; Associates degree in Culinary Arts preferred
