Position: Sous Chef job

About: Parx Casino is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Operations Supervisor to join their team. The Kitchen Operations Supervisor will oversee the culinary operations at the casino, ensuring top-quality food products and adherence to service standards and regulations.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; at least seven (7) years of experience in a management role in the culinary field; proven experience in a variety of culinary operations; high degree of creativity; excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of federal, state, and local culinary operation regulations
