Position: Sous Chef job
About: Bowlero, a bowling center environment, is currently seeking a Sous Chef in Feasterville. The Sous Chef supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and other kitchen staff, assumes kitchen responsibility in the absence of the Chef, and ensures adherence to company Food & Beverage programs.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, hospitality, or restaurant venue; current ServSafe certification required; highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills; thorough knowledge of POS systems and PC based applications; strong team player with profit and loss capability and organizational skills.
