About: Remington is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to efficiently oversee and train kitchen associates in food production for both restaurants and banquets, ensuring quality, timing, portions, food quality, and sanitation. The role involves supervising storage, rotation, production, portions, quality, and appearance standards, as well as expediting food during meal periods and managing inventory. Participation in monthly food and beverage inventory is required.
