About: Parx Casino is currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to join their team and ensure the smooth operations of their culinary department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high food quality standards, compliance with regulations, and efficiency in kitchen activities at the casino.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; at least seven (7) years of experience in a management role in the culinary field; high degree of creativity; excellent organizational and planning skills; strong communication skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of federal, state and local culinary regulations
