About: New Seasons Market, a grocery store located in Oregon/SW Washington, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to assist with the coordination and execution of the production of Prepared Foods products. Requirements: Friendly and customer service oriented; previous food production, kitchen, or catering experience required; retail or grocery experience preferred; demonstrated understanding of culinary terminology and techniques; solid knife skills required; basic math and computation skills required; basic computer proficiency required; ability to work independently and in a team environment; flexibility to adapt to retail environment shifting priorities; good judgment and attention to detail; effective communication skills; ability to meet work schedule and attendance policy
