Requirements: 2+ years of related culinary experience; supervisory or lead experience for at least 1 year; knowledge of industry trends, quality, production, and safety standards; ability to set up production sheets; leadership, training, and coaching skills; ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred; computer skills including MS Office products; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
