About: Hotel Forty-Five is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our team, dedicated to upholding the culinary standards and delivering exceptional dining experiences in accordance with Tribute Portfolio standards under the franchise of Mainsail Lodging & Development. Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen leadership roles; working knowledge of various cuisines and recipes; effective written and verbal communication skills; customer service excellence; familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment; Servsafe certification or ability to obtain or renew; high school diploma or equivalent
