About: Norman Embassy Suites, located at 2501 Conference Dr, Norman, OK 73069, is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their Food and Beverage department. The hotel features 283 suites and 6000 sq. ft. of event space, conveniently situated in Norman with easy access to Oklahoma City. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of culinary experience; extensive knowledge of menu development, marketing, and cost and wage controls; thorough understanding of food products and standard recipes; supervisory experience preferred
