Position: Sous Chef job
About: Great Wolf, a fast-paced and exciting resort environment committed to high-quality hospitality, is seeking a Resort Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, oversee food preparation and inventory levels, and assist with employee scheduling and training.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; 3+ years experience in restaurant kitchens; flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
