About: New Seasons Market, a grocery store chain in Oregon/SW Washington, is seeking a detail-oriented Sous Chef to join their Prepared Foods department. The Sous Chef will assist in coordinating and executing the production of Prepared Foods products while providing exceptional customer service in a positive team environment.
Requirements: Friendly and customer service oriented; previous food production, kitchen or catering experience required; retail or grocery experience preferred; demonstrated understanding of culinary terminology and techniques; solid knife skills required; basic math and computation skills required
