Position: Sous Chef job
About: Victoria’s Secret & Co’s Food & Beverage Sous Chef position involves assisting the Executive Chef with daily preparation, catering, and menu planning. The role requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in a fast-paced environment to contribute to the success of catering and the Café.
Requirements: 3-5 years of previous culinary experience preferred; ServSafe Certified; attention to detail; ability to multi-task; self-motivated and team-oriented; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook; excellent organization and time management skills; understanding of how to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service/Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
