Position: Sous Chef job

About: The company is seeking an immediate direct support Chef to oversee a culinary outlet in a hotel setting when the Executive Sous Chef is unavailable. The Chef will be responsible for all aspects of daily food preparation, kitchen staff management, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements: Associates of Culinary Arts or Business Administrative; experience in culinary operations; knowledge of local health department regulations and food safety standards; ability to lead and train culinary staff effectively; proficiency in basic computer skills, cooking equipment, stewarding equipment, and human resources practices
