Requirements: Associate degree in culinary arts or hospitality preferred; three years experience in a similar culinary leadership role preferred; prior experience with employee schedules, hiring, and staff development; strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficient with Microsoft Office and food safety regulations; able to lift up to 50lbs and perform daily physical tasks
