About: Employee Cafeteria at HMSHost, located in the Main Terminal of Daniel Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, HI, is seeking a Sous Chef to assist with overseeing kitchen operations and managing food production processes in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; post-secondary culinary training preferred; 3-5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; Serve Safe Management certification required; strong team management and delegation skills; excellent organization and time management abilities
