About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to oversee lunch and dinner service, ensuring the execution of beautiful plates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Three years’ culinary arts experience, including management role, in a high-volume, quality-oriented restaurant; strong leadership and management skills; excellent communication and computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good decision-making skills; flexible schedule; no degree required
