Position: Sous Chef job
About: Life Enriching Communities is a faith-based, mission-driven non-profit organization that is part of an integrated family of lifestyle communities. They are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a full-time position.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of proper food safety techniques including hygiene, gloves, knife skills; prior production and supervisory experience in a continuing care community, hospital, hotel, restaurant or similar setting desired; Culinary Arts training preferred; ServSafe Certificate is preferred but will require certification upon hire
