About: Rocket Farm Restaurants, known for their philosophy of serving both their employees and guests with dignity, respect, and care, is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Superica at Krog Street Market. Superica offers Tex-Mex cuisine in an Old West-inspired setting, known as the ultimate spot for brunch, lunch, dinner, and delightful margaritas.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of progressive culinary experience preferred, with at least 2 years in a Sous Chef capacity; ability to work under pressure, lead a team, manage a culinary budget, and ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction
