Position: Sous Chef job
About: Farmers Restaurant Group, a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant company, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their management team. Requirements: Experience managing in high-volume restaurants, with a minimum of three years preferred; Strong understanding of restaurant operations; Passion for hospitality; Ability to lead a team; Capable of identifying and resolving problems effectively; Love for all things food and beverage; Caring, self-motivated, with leadership qualities; Able to effectively communicate in the workplace language and follow recipes; Ability to work on feet for extended hours in varying conditions, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and engaging in physical tasks like bending, stooping, and reaching; Comfortable with potential allergen exposure
