Position: Sous Chef job
About: Wooden Paddle is an 11-year-old restaurant and catering company, established in 2013. Their mission is to be ‘The Place You Want to Be’ by creating Super Fun Dining Experiences focused on shareable, wood-fired comfort foods, artsy cocktails, and good-time energy. Requirements: At least 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience, in a Sous Chef, or similar, role; at least 3 years of full-service restaurant experience, in a line cook role; must be at least 21 years old; must have open availability; must have the ability to regularly work 30+ hours per week; must have a valid driver’s license + sole access to a personal vehicle
