Position: Sous Chef job
About: Colorado Mountain Brewery is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to manage and execute all kitchen functions following established policies and procedures under the guidance of the Executive Chef, General Manager, and Operations Manager. This role involves supervising and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining inventory accuracy, placing orders, and prioritizing guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Prefer a minimum two years high-level professional culinary experience; Prefer supervision and management experience; Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation; Prefer knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel) or willingness to learn; Must be eligible to work in the United States; Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
