About: The Capital Grille, located at 1155 Lake Woodlands Parkway, The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food in a high-end restaurant setting. The Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining food safety, profitability, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience through excellent team management and culinary execution at The Capital Grille in The Woodlands, TX.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
