Position: Sous Chef job
About: A reputable restaurant in search of a skilled Sous Chef to oversee and coordinate the culinary operations, ensuring the timely and high-quality preparation of food items. The Sous Chef will play a crucial role in maintaining kitchen efficiency and upholding culinary standards within the establishment.
Requirements: ACF Certification, Culinary Arts degree, apprenticeship and/or AOS Degree; Minimum 2 years kitchen supervisory experience with three years kitchen operations experience including at least 1 year in a lead cook position, and 1 year in a steward position; OR, an equivalent level of education and experience.
