Position: Sous Chef job
About: A restaurant in need of a Sous Chef with a vital role and high degree of responsibility for all aspects of the food and food safety. The Sous Chef oversees kitchen operations, monitors inventory, controls food costs, trains and supervises kitchen staff, ensures kitchen safety, and assists the General Manager in decision-making for the restaurant’s overall operation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and supervise kitchen staff effectively
