Position: Sous Chef job
About: Tuscany Suites and Casino is seeking a Full-Time Sous Chef responsible for planning and directing food preparation in kitchens. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items according to standardized recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; clear and effective communication skills; ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds; experience working in a standing position for extended periods; capacity to work in a heated environment with varying temperatures throughout shifts
