Position: Sous Chef job
About: Proper Hospitality is a renowned hotel re-opening and debuting The Shelborne by Proper in early 2025, introducing four vibrant new food & beverage destinations and offering resort amenities including a pool, garden lounge, cabanas, fitness center, private beach club, and event space.
Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; Culinary degree or equivalent experience; Expertise in multiple cooking techniques and cuisines, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, exceptional attention to detail and presentation, effective communication and leadership skills; Passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences; Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
