Position: Sous Chef job
About: Va de Vi Bistro & Wine Bar, located in the East Bay, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. Since 2004, Va de Vi has been renowned for its global small plates menu and extensive wine list, earning critical acclaim and community recognition for its excellence in dining experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume kitchen; strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisines; ability to adapt to microseasonal menu changes; excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
