Position: Sous Chef job
About: Yard House, a restaurant known for its great food, classic rock ambiance, and extensive beer selection, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the team in delivering high-quality, delicious food to guests and creating a positive work environment for team members.
Requirements: Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferred; strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service; proven ability to lead and develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression; high school diploma or equivalent
