Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of experience in a high-volume, full-service dining kitchen, preferably in a seafood restaurant; must be able to work in a team-oriented environment; excellent leadership, communication, and food production skills; ability to speak, read, and write in English; physically capable of standing and moving at a fast pace, lifting up to 50 pounds of equipment
