Position: Sous Chef job
About: Aladdin Campus Dining at Middle Georgia State University in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will supervise and participate in meal preparation for various locations as assigned.
Requirements: Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to travel up to 75% of the time; at least three years’ experience in culinary management; strong leadership and communication skills
