Position: Sous Chef job
About: Link Restaurant Group, founded by James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski, is dedicated to supporting the growth of their family of restaurants in New Orleans, including Herbsaint, Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Peche Seafood Grill, Gianna, La Boulangerie, and Calcasieu Private Dining. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen; ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards; excellent communication and organizational skills
