Position: Sous Chef job
About: A fine dining restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join their Food & Beverage department. The Sous Chef will perform advanced food preparation and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring exceptional cuisine quality and operational efficiency in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Must possess basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills; ability to read and follow recipes; at least 2 years high-volume cooking experience with extensive knowledge in fine dining restaurant service; food safety knowledge; strong interpersonal and communication skills involved in culinary training; ability to be a self-starter with strong organizational skills; knowledge of Back of House operations and ability to supervise others.
