Position: Sous Chef job
About: 30hop restaurant in Ankeny, IA is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. 30hop is a Midwest-based, full-service American bar and kitchen with a goal to exceed $20 million in combined revenue by 2025. They currently have three successful locations in Iowa and are expanding to Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience with back-of-house management as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager; excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members; holds a ServSafe Certification; capacity to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time; able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
