Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; ServSafe certification required or obtained during the first year of employment; 5 years of experience in retail culinary food service or a degree in a food service specialty; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to pass a hospital-administered Chef’s test
