About: ZUMA, a high-end restaurant, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee and manage the seamless running of the kitchen departments in support of the culinary chef team. The role involves ensuring efficient service delivery, meeting financial and statutory requirements, and upholding outstanding customer service standards. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing line staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen management and culinary operations; strong leadership and team management skills; extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
