Position: Sous Chef job

About: Montage International is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, leading the food preparation Associates and working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure quality and efficiency in culinary operations.

Requirements: Culinary school graduate or related training required; previous experience in hospitality or club operations preferred; ability to communicate effectively with guests and Associates; experience in implementing new food concepts and menus; proficient in creating schedules, labor costing, and Associate performance management; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under time constraints; must possess applicable state/local licenses and certifications
