About: OMB Biergarten at HMSHost in Charlotte Douglas International Airport is looking for a proactive and skilled Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. This position involves overseeing kitchen operations, managing food production processes, and ensuring high standards of food preparation and service in a fast-paced environment at the airport location in Charlotte.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma required; post-secondary culinary training preferred; 3 to 5 years of experience with kitchen operations and staff supervision; Serve Safe Management certification required; strong team management, delegation, issue resolution, and coaching skills; excellent organization and time management abilities; proficiency in communication and comprehension of instructions and policies
