Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of proper knife handling techniques; previous management experience in a kitchen setting; previous experience with ordering raw and processed food products; knowledge of maintaining budgetary guidelines; must be able to obtain a Maricopa County Food Handlers card
