Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years’ experience managing the line in an upscale food focused environment; passionate about food and engaging in the local community; strong knowledge of food quality and service standards; ability to manage kitchen aspects including problem resolution and effective communication; collaborative, respectful, and positive team leader
