About: This upscale and fine dining establishment is seeking a Culinary Manager to join their team. The Culinary Manager will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing back of house staff, budget planning, inventory management, and maintaining sanitation procedures in compliance with regulations.
Requirements: At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in an upscale or fine dining establishment; strong knowledge of back of the house operations including staff supervision, inventory controls, food/labor cost, and product quality; excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; stable work history and strong work ethic; graduation from an accredited culinary program is a plus
